Initially showcased in Locher's solo exhibition at the Steven Kasher Gallery in New York in 2017, alongside her monograph "Olivia Locher: I Fought the Law," the project highlights a range of peculiar and outdated laws, from historical curiosities to perplexing regulations. For instance, California prohibits riding bikes in swimming pools, while Kansas forbids serving wine in teacups.
