3-Ingredient Egg and Fruit Muffins

Similar to the banana pancakes, these muffins have a base of egg and banana. The difference is in the fruits you add, and the baking instead of frying, and the end result is delicious! These treats are also paleo-friendly and gluten-free.

Ingredients for Egg and Fruit Muffins:
Banana - 2 (ripe)
Eggs - 4
Blueberries - 2 cups (or any other fruit of your choice)
Method of preparing the Egg and Fruit Muffins:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mash the bananas until they’re smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and mix.
  4. Grease a muffin tray and add the fruit.
  5. Pour the mixture over the fruit.
  6. Put the tray in the oven for about 12 minutes.
