Ingredients for Apple Carrot Beet Smoothie:
Beets - 1
Apples - 1
Carrots - 3
Orange - 1 (juiced)
Ginger - 2-inch piece (peeled)
Water - 1 cup (cold)
Method of preparing the Apple Carrot Beet Smoothie:
  1. Cut the ends of the vegetables and cut them into large chunks to put in the blender.
  2. Put all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth and frothy (should take around 1-2 minutes). Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy right away. You can also refrigerate it to enjoy later.
