Tomato-Basil Turkey Casserole

Ingredients for Tomato-Basil Turkey Casserole:
Gemelli pasta - 2 cups (8 oz) (uncooked )
Turkey meat - 2 cups (diced and cooked)
Tomato pasta sauce - 1 jar (26 oz) (any hearty or thick variety)
Zucchini - 1 medium (1 1/2 cups) (halved lengthwise and sliced)
Green olives - 1 can (2 1/4 oz) (drained and sliced)
Dried basil - 1 tsp.
Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup (shredded )
Method of preparing the Tomato-Basil Turkey Casserole:
  1. Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain the pasta as directed on the package.
  2. In the casserole, mix Gemelli pasta and all remaining ingredients, except for the cheese.
  3. Cover the casserole, and bake for around 30 minutes. Sprinkle the dish with cheese, and bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until the cheese becomes bubbly.
