French Dip is an extremely delicious beef sandwich that also includes provolone cheese. The fun part is that you get to dip it in a finger-licking-good sauce. It's pretty simple to make and really comforting.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Open and layout the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet.
In a medium saucepan, heat the beef stock and water over medium-high heat. Now add the roast beef in the broth and warm for 3 minutes. Arrange the meat on the hoagie rolls. Top each roll with 2 slices of Provolone cheese.
In the preheated oven, bake the sandwiches for 5 minutes. Stop when the cheese just begins to melt. Serve the sandwiches and use the small bowls of the warm broth for dipping.
