No matter what the season is, a good cheesy dip served alongside some snacks is always in style. This creamy and decadent Queso Blanco Dip has a spicy kick, and it's a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients for Queso Blanco Dip:
Cream cheese - 8 oz
Green chilies - 2-4 oz can (diced)
Jalapeños - 2 (minced)
Milk - 1/4 cup (as needed)
Green onion - 1 (sliced)
Cilantro - 2 tbsp. (chopped)
Method of preparing the Queso Blanco Dip:
  1. Into the bowl of a 3-quart slow cooker, add the cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, white American cheese, green chilies, and jalapenos.
  2. Heat on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until melted and smooth, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the milk until you have reached your desired consistency.
  4. When the dip has finished cooking, turn the slow cooker heat to warm, and garnish with green onion and cilantro.
