Pico De Gallo (Mexican Salsa)

Pico de Gallo is a refreshing Mexican salsa that you can make in just 10 minutes. It's made with tomatoes, onions, salt, lime, and cilantro. What makes it stand out is that all the ingredients are raw and there are no juices to sog your tortillas out.

Ingredients for Pico De Gallo:
Tomatoes - 4 (diced)
Vidalia onion - 1 medium (1 cup diced)
Lime - 1 (jucied)
Cilantro - a bunch (chopped)
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Serrano chili - 1 (seeded and chopped)
Greek Yogurt - 1 cup (optional)
Method of preparing the Pico De Gallo:
  1. Slice and combine all the ingredients together. You can enjoy your Pico de Gallo like this with tortillas or add the yogurt to tone down the spiciness.
  2. You can also serve the salsa in avocado halves!
