Microwave Meatloaf

I always thought the microwave was an appliance for thawing frozen goods or warming up leftovers. Then I discovered microwave recipes! One of the best home-cooked, quick and easy meals. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Delicious topped with ketchup.

Ingredients for Meatloaf:
Milk - 2 tbsp.
Ketchup - 1 tbsp.
Rolled Oats - 2 tbsp.
Onion soup mix - 1 tsp.
Ground beef - 1/4 lb
Cooking spray - as needed
Method of preparing the Meatloaf:
  1. Combine the milk, ketchup, oats, and soup mix in a small bowl.
  2. Crumble the ground beef over the mixture, and stir in well.
  3. Spray your mug with cooking spray and pour in your meat mix.
  4. Cover and cook in the microwave for 3 minutes on high, or until the meat no longer looks pink.
  5. Drain and let it cool for 3 minutes before serving.
