Roasted Turkey Sandwich

Morning after Thanksgiving. You're still tired from the week-long cooking and preparation. And now you have to make breakfast?! This sandwich is your savior. If you are looking for a filling light meal, then look no further than this roasted turkey sandwich. It will take just 10 minutes of your time but will leave you satisfied.

Ingredients for Roasted Turkey Sandwich:
Mayonnaise - 1/3 cup (or salad dressing)
Basil leaves - 1 tsp. (chopped fresh)
Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp.
Bread - 8 slices (1/2 inch thick)
Spinach - 8 large leaves
Turkey breast - 1/2 lb. (sliced and oven-roasted)
Roasted marinated peppers - 1/2 cup (drained and chopped)
Method of preparing the Roasted Turkey Sandwich:
  1. Mix mayonnaise, basil, and garlic powder, into a small bowl. Spread the mix on 4 slices of the sourdough bread.
  2. Add the spinach, turkey, and bell peppers to the 4 slices of the bread. Put the other 4 remaining slices of bread on top of the 4 that have been mixed, and voila!
