Sparkling water - 4 cups
Cucumbers - 3 (sliced lengthwise)
Red bell pepper - 1 (sliced lengthwise)
Lemon - 1 (sliced)
Fresh mint leaves - as needed
Lime zest - from 1 lime
Lime juice - from 1 lime
Lemon juice - from 2 lemons
