When put into cake or cookie recipes, bananas usually get mashed in. Their taste is impossible to shadow, so they give the major tone in the recipe. But in this recipe, they conduct the entire orchestra by being the main ingredient, stuffed with fillings!
Cut away the ends and slice the bananas into 3 equal parts, while still with the peel. Using a small knife, cut out the core of each slice to that you have a banana cylinder.
Fill the banana cylinders with peanut butter and chocolate spread. Once you're finished, peel them.
Prepare 4 small containers, one for flour, one for eggs, another for breadcrumbs and the last one for a sugar-cinnamon mix.
Dip each banana bite first in the flour-then in the eggs- and finally in the breadcrumbs. Make sure to dip the ends as well and coat each banana well in each step, to prevent the filling from running in the pan.
Heat the oil and deep fry the bananas. Pay special attention- we don't want to overcook. Cool on a drying rack and dip in the cinnamon-sugar mix.
