Anti-Inflammatory Juice

Here's a great anti-inflammatory juice to add to your daily diet. This juice combines turmeric and ginger - two awesome inflammation-fighting foods - into one power-packed drink. It also has a good amount of carrots that are great for your overall health. Apart from being supremely healthy, its tangy flavor will tickle your taste buds.

Anti-Inflammatory Juice
Ingredients for Anti-Inflammatory Juice:
Carrots - 4
Orange - 1
Turmeric - 1 tbsp.
Ginger - 1/2-inch piece (fresh)
Lemon juice - of 1/2 a lemon
Celery - 3 stalks
Method of preparing the Anti-Inflammatory Juice:
  1. Place all ingredients into your juicer and blend. Serve chilled.
Chef's Tip:
Pour into popsicle molds for a frozen treat. You can add honey, agave, any kind of milk, or yogurt too.
