It's very simple and easy to make.

Apple, honey, apple and honey cake, apple cake recipe

Ingredients:

4 table spoons of Vegetable oil
2 eating apples
225 gm honey
2 eggs
225 gm of self-raising flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation:

Heat the oven before starting to a temperature of 180°C.
A small loaf tin is needed, which should be greased and lined with greaseproof paper.
Peel and core the apples and chop them into small pieces.
Next, mix the oil and honey. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle the flour into the mixture and mix it in well. Add the salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix in well.
Then add the apple pieces and stir them in to ensure an even distribution.
The mixture should be poured into the tin, placed in the pre-heated oven and baked for about 45 minutes.
When baked, stand the tin aside to cool. Turn the cake out and it is ready to eat. Some add even more honey.
