Ingredients for patties:
Potato - 4 (peeled, halved and cooked)
Red cabbage - 1 cup (chopped)
Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp.
Salt and Pepper - as needed
Onions - 1 (finely chopped)
JalapeƱo - 1 (chopped)
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp. (alternative: curry powder)
Red chili powder - 1 tsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Method of preparing the patties:
  1. Mash the potatoes. Mix all ingredients together in one bowl.
  2. Make 8-10 patties. Chill them in the fridge for 1 hour. Fry them once the oil shimmers. Add more oil if needed.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties once the oil shimmers. Add more oil if needed.
