Garlic Butter Shrimp
Ingredients for Garlic Butter Shrimp:
Shrimp - 1 oz. (deveined)
Garlic - 3 cloves
Kosher salt - 1/2 tsp.
Butter - 1/3 stick
Method of preparing the Garlic Butter Shrimp:
  1. Thaw the shrimp if frozen. Then mince the garlic. Next, pat the shrimp dry.
  2. Mix the shrimp with the garlic and salt in a medium bowl. Then, heat the butter on medium high heat in a large skillet.
  3. Cook the shrimp for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Keep turning them with tongs and stop once they are opaque and cooked through.
  4. Spritz with juice of the lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
Chef's Tip:
Make sure you don't end up overcooking the shrimp or it may turn tough and rubbery. Pay close attention while you’re cooking the shrimp and remove it from the heat at just the right time.
