Japanese Matcha Tea

Matcha is a traditional Japanese tea, produced from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis, and is mostly available as a finely ground, green-colored powder. This nourishing tea has various health benefits, from easing anxiety to stabilizing the glycemic levels in the blood. It’s energizing and calming and is the perfect way to start your day.

The Camellia Sinensis plant is also the one that gives us green tea, oolong, and white tea, among many others!
