Pepper - 1/4 tbsp. (freshly-ground)
Nutmeg - 1/4 tbsp.
Parmigiano Reggiano - 1 cup (grated)
Flour - 1 cup
Parmigiano Reggiano - a handful of shavings
Olive oil - as needed
