Italdesign-Giugiaro is an Italian automotive design house based in the town of Moncalieri. It can trace its roots back to 1968, when Studi Italiani Realizzazione Prototipi S.p.A was founded by Giorgetto Giugiaro and Aldo Mantovani. In the time since, the company has come to be known for creating some of the most outlandish and wackiest concept cars the world has ever seen. In addition to its insane one-off cars it creates both as design studies for itself, as well as the world's major automotive manufacturers, it has been responsible for designing mass-market cars such as the Fiat Uno, Daewoo Lacetti and Alfa-Romeo Brera.
