Easy Ham and Tomato Frittata

A frittata is essentially an omelet on steroids. This decadent egg-based Italian breakfast is similar to a quick or a fluffy omelet but with more cheese and filling. You can use any vegetables, prosciutto, bacon, and sausage to make this filling dish, but this specific recipe is that of a tomato, ham, and cheese frittata.
