Turmeric ginger tea is made by brewing turmeric powder and ginger root together in hot water. Both of these ingredients are normally used individually for their nutritional and medicinal effects, but they become even more powerful when they’re combined together. Turmeric Ginger Tea
Ingredients for Turmeric Ginger Tea:
Water - 1 cup (filtered)
Ginger root - 1 tsp. (grated fresh)
Turmeric root - 1 tsp.
Honey - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - 1 tsp.
Method of preparing the Turmeric Ginger Tea:
  1. Boil the water in a saucepan or pot. Add the grated turmeric and ginger to the water, then turn the heat down to a simmer. Allow the mixture to stand for 10-15 minutes. Strain the tea into a teapot. Add black pepper and honey and enjoy!
