All you need is pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice, along with frozen bananas, milk, and vanilla extract to prepare this wonderful drink any day of the year. It tastes like a pumpkin pie milkshake and is perfect for those sultry summer afternoons.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Smoothie:
Pumpkin puree - 1/3 cup
Ground flaxseed - 1 tbsp.
Pumpkin pie spice - 1/4 tsp.
Almond milk - 1 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1/4 tsp.
Brown sugar - 1 tsp.
Method of preparing the Pumpkin Smoothie:
  1. Add the pumpkin, frozen banana, pumpkin pie spice, milk, flaxseed, and vanilla in a blender. Blend properly until smooth.
  2. Now add the brown sugar to the mix and blend again. Adjust the sweetness if needed. Serve cold.
Chef's Tip:
This blend is very versatile. You can either prop it in a popsicle mold to enjoy frozen, or use it to top cakes and banana bread.
