Homemade Oat Milk

Milk made from oats is a vegan-friendly, non-dairy, and lactose-free alternative to cow's milk. This is a great option for those who can't have dairy products. This milk can be consumed as is or you can add natural sweeteners such as vanilla extracts, maple syrup, honey, or even cinnamon for extra flavor. Oats contain vitamin B, thiamin, folate, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, zinc, and copper. All of these vital nutrients are passed to oat milk.

This healthy milk is easy to make and tastes amazing. Try it today!
