The 2023 BirdLife Australia Photography Awards winners have been announced, and we are excited to share the captivating images captured by some of Australia's finest bird photographers. The competition attracted 6,000 entries this year, resulting in 68 extraordinary photos being shortlisted for nine winners in each category. Categories included "Backyard Birds," "Bird Behaviour," "Bird Portrait," "Birds in Flight," "Birds in the Landscape," "Special Theme (Wading Birds of The Australian Floodplains)," "Youth," and "Human Impact."
