Garlic and Sage Soup

This soup is one of those homemade remedies to treat all ailments, kind of like a classic chicken soup, but vegetarian. We don't recommend making it in large batched as it won't last very long in the fridge.

Garlic and Sage Soup
Ingredients for healing soup:
Sage - 6 leaves (fresh)
Thyme - 2 sprigs
Kosher salt - 1 tsp.
Water - 3 cups
Vegetable stock - 3 cups
Egg yolk - 4 (beaten)
Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup (grated)
Garlic - 1 head (peeled and chopped)
Ground black pepper - to taste
Olive oil - for topping
Method of preparing the healing soup:
  1. Tie the herbs in a cheesecloth and place in a pot with the salt, water and vegetable stock.
  2. Boil everything, lower flame to medium, add the garlic, and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove the cheesecloth.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the egg yolks with the cheese and add 4 tbsp from the liquid in the pot. Pour everything into the pot.
  4. Remove from the flame and stir for a minute. Fix the seasoning, top with olive oil and serve.
