Parmesan Jalapeño Zucchini Chips

While kale chips are the most popular one, here's one you should definitely try - parmesan jalapeno zucchini chips. They are cheesy, salty, and spicy. More importantly, they are low-carb, keto, and gluten-free. Enjoy snacking on these easy and healthy chips!

Ingredients for Parmesan Jalapeño Zucchini Chips:
Zucchini - 1 medium (sliced thinly)
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp. (melted)
Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup (grated)
Jalapeño - 1/2 (chopped)
Sea salt - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparing the Parmesan Jalapeño Zucchini Chips:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place the zucchini rounds and coconut oil in a large bowl. Toss nicely to properly coat the zucchini in oil.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients. Toss again to coat the zucchini.
  3. Now, place a single layer of zucchini chips on a lined baking pan. Sprinkle any remaining cheese from the bottom of the bowl on the chips.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Keep flipping after 15 minutes. Serve fresh.
