Mini Bacon Burger Bites
Ingredients for Mini Bacon Burger Bites:
Ground beef - 1 lb (453 g)
Garlic powder - 1 tsp.
Onion salt - 1 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp
Naan - 3-4 (store bought)
Bacon - 3 strips
Lettuce - 1 cup
Cherry tomatoes - 3 (halved)
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
Barbecue sauce - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparing the Mini Bacon Burger Bites:
  1. Cut round pieces of the flat bread using a circular object, such as the top of the salt shaker. You will need two slices for each burger.
  2. Cut the lettuce and cheese into squares, roughly the same size of the bread, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Fry the bacon slices until they are crispy and cut them in roughly the same size as the bread.
  3. To make the burgers, place the ground beef in a bowl and add garlic powder, onion salt, Worcestershire sauce, and ground black pepper. Combine everything together, then form mini meatballs from the mixture (consider the size of the bread here too). Pan fry the mini burgers for a couple of minutes on each side, until cooked as much as desired.
  4. Now, stack all ingredients on the stick, starting with the flat bread, on which you may spread some mayonnaise. Add some pieces of lettuce, a piece of bacon, the mini burger (with an optional touch of BBQ sauce), a slice of cheese, another slice of flat bread, and top it off with half a cherry tomato.
