Raw Fruit Pizza

This is probably the easiest dessert pizza you can make.  And it’s filled with fresh fruits. So, not only is it delicious, and simple to make, it's also super healthy. Have it early in the morning for breakfast or serve it as a quick snack to your kids in the afternoon during a hot summer day.

Ingredients for Raw Fruit Pizza:
Watermelon - 1 medium
Banana - 1
Blueberries - a handful
Goji berries - 1 tbsp.
Fresh mint leaves - 1 tbsp.
Coconut flakes - 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparing the Raw Fruit Pizza:
  1. Slice a large round from the watermelon. Lay onto a cutting board and add toppings.
  2. Slice as you would a pizza.
