Ingredients for jello shots:
Milk - 1 fl oz. (chilled)
Gelatin - 1 sachet
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
Sour cream - 3/4 cup
Strawberries - 1 1/2 cups (blended and mashed)
Raspberries - 7 (frozen)
Method of preparing the jello shots:
  1. Mix the blueberry jello with 1 cup boiled water and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Then mix in 1 cup cold water. Pour into cups, refrigerating until it sets. To achieve the angled effect, store the cups in an egg carton, slightly tilted.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chilled milk with gelatin. Let set for a minute, then melt in the microwave 30 seconds.
  4. Add in the condensed milk, vanilla extract, whipping cream and sour cream.
  5. Quickly pour the mixture over the set blue jello, and put back in the fridge. This time, the cups should stand up straight. Let set another 2 hours.
  6. Mix the strawberry jello with 1 cup boiling water, adding blended strawberries. Pour this over the white jello layer, and refrigerate.
  7. Let set for 2 hours, garnish with a frozen raspberry and serve.
