Gluten Free Chocolate Pizza

If you’re sensitive to, or just avoiding gluten, yet have a serious sweet tooth, this is the recipe for you. This flourless chocolate pizza is perfect to make for guests around the holidays. It hardly takes 10 minutes to prepare and is filled with chocolaty and fruity goodness. What's more, it looks so stunningly beautiful and impressive.

Ingredients for crust:
Dark chocolate - 8 oz. (no more than 55% cocoa)
Butter - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 3
Ingredients for toppings:
Raspberries - a handful
Fresh mint leaves - a handful
Flaked coconut - a handful
Chocolate sauce - 1-2 tbsp. (or melted chocolate chips)
Coconut butter - 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparing the toppings:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) degrees.
  2. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan with coconut butter around the edges. Melt chocolate and butter in a pan over low heat until fully combined.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool. Beat eggs until they are frothy in appearance, then mix in the melted chocolate.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto the pizza pan and bake for 6 minutes. Add toppings and drizzle with melted chocolate.
Chef's Tip:
Other toppings you can use in this dish include chia seeds, peanut butter, sliced bananas, and rainbow sprinkles.
