Peanut Butter Brownie Pizza

If you like the classic combo of chocolate and peanut butter, you will drool over this unique dessert pizza. This unusual pizza can be made in no time and is ideal for a quick and tasty snack. Moreover, this dish is so delicious that it’s highly unlikely you’ll have any leftovers. Make it at your own risk.

Difficulty Level: Low

Peanut Butter Brownie Pizza

Ingredients for brownies:

Canola oil - 1/3 cup

Sugar - 1

Eggs - 2

Flour - 3/4 cup

Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Dark chocolate - 2 oz. (melted)

Ingredients for topping:

Chocolate chips - 1/2 cup

Candy corn - 1 cup (chopped)

Method of preparing the topping:

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) degrees.
Spray a pizza pan with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix oil and melted chocolate until smooth, beat in eggs and sugar.
Add flour and salt, then pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mainly clean.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the brownies straight out of the oven, and let cool for 5 minutes.Sprinkle the remaining candy over the top.
