Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Summer is almost here. When the weather gets hot outside, a chilled bowl of overnight oats in the morning. It's a super simple breakfast to make mornings fast and easy. These Apple Pie Overnight Oats are super delicious and healthy with no added sugar. You can also use our homemade applesauce recipe!

Ingredients for Apple Pie Oats:
Rolled Oats - 1 1/3 cups
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
Ground ginger - 1/4 tsp.
Ground Clove - 1/4 tsp.
Walnuts - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Dried cranberries - 1/4 cup
Applesauce - 1 1/3 cups (unsweetened)
Almond milk - 1 1/3 cups
Method of preparing the Apple Pie Oats:
  1. In 4 resealable containers add 1/3 cup of oats each. Now add 1/8 tsp cinnamon, a pinch of clove, and a pinch of ginger to each of them.
  2. Next add 1 tbsp. dried cranberries, 2 tbsp.chopped walnuts, along with 1/3 cup applesauce and 1/3 cup milk to each container.
  3. Close the containers and refrigerate them overnight (about 7-8 hours). Before eating, stir the contents of the container well. Enjoy!
