Gergana Pencheva is extremely gifted at creating beautiful art pieces using paper. The Bulgarian artist, who graduated in engineering design from the Technical University of Varna, mastered the technique called quilling, and she makes simply delightful designs using this technique.
Paper quilling involves cutting paper into thin strips and then rolling them into different figures. These shapes are then glued together to form decorative pieces. When they come off, paper-quilling designs can look really beautiful. Gergana’s works include a variety of designs – from animals to foods – and are truly pleasing to the eyes.
