We have a delicious summer drink for you today, This Mango-Strawberry Smoothie gives you the goodness of both mangoes and strawberries and refreshes your whole system instantly. This drink is lip-smacking-good and should be a part of your summer diet plan.

Mango-Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients for Mango-Strawberry Smoothie:
Strawberries - 1 cup (frozen)
Mango nectar - 1 cup (or apricot nectar)
Vanilla Yogurt - 1/2 cup (or plain yogurt)
Ice - 4 cubes
Method of preparing the Mango-Strawberry Smoothie:
  1. Blend all ingredients for about 30 seconds to 1 minute in a blender. Once you get a smooth and frothy liquid, pour it into 2 tall glasses. Serve cold.
Chef's Tip:
If you use frozen berries, skip the ice cubes. You could also add some more liquid (orange juice, milk, or water) to the blend and freeze it in popsicle molds!
