Goat Cheese Pops with Herbs, Pecans and Bacon Recipe
Ingredients for Goat Cheese Pops:
Goat Cheese - 4 ounces
Cream cheese - 8 ounces (not whipped)
Thyme - 1 tablespoon (chopped, optional)
Basil - 1 tablespoon (chopped, optional)
Ground black pepper - to taste
Bacon - 6slices (cooked and crumbled)
Pecans - 1/4 cup (roughly chopped)
Lollipop sticks - around 12
Method of preparing the Goat Cheese Pops:
  1. In a food processor, place the cream cheese, goat cheese, and 1 tablespoon of herbs. Process until all is combined.  
  2. Form small balls of the mixture, place them on a plate covered with parchment paper, and insert lollipop sticks into the center of each one. Refrigerate.
  3. Using the food processor again, process the bacon, 1 tablespoon of herbs, and the pecans, until a fine and crumbly mixture is achieved.
  4. Roll the refrigerated balls in the bacon mixture to coat them, and store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
