Non-Alcoholic Banana Colada Popsicle

The tropical flavors of a piña colada can make for a refreshing popsicle. This one is all about bananas so you can have a clean-eating-friendly frozen treat. Just make sure you choose ripe bananas for the recipe. They will ensure the perfect sweetness without the need of adding any extra sugar.

Ingredients for Banana Colada Popsicle:
Banana - 4-5
Coconut milk - 2 cans
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chocolate chips - 1 cup
Coconut flakes - 1/2 cup
Method of preparing the Banana Colada Popsicle:
  1. Mix the bananas, coconut milk, vanilla, and salt in a blender. Blend until it’s mixed.
  2. Toast the coconut flakes.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, top with the coconut flakes and freeze for at least 6 hours. Melt the cup of chocolate chips.
  4. Dip your frozen popsicles in the chocolate sauce and freeze for 5 minutes.
