Do You Carry Too Much Inside?

We all carry an internal weight with us wherever we go. Sometimes it's stress, sometimes it's things we haven't said, secrets we keep carrying with us despite the cost in energy these cost us. Take our test and let's find out how much you carry inside, and if it's time to ease that burden.

You carry very little!
Perhaps you don't keep secrets, or you have someone who listens and allows you to unburden yourself. In any case, your soul and psyche are light, and are not encumbered by 'heavy' memories, thoughts, secrets or unsaid words. You must live a pretty straightforward life, mentally uncomplicated, and that is what all of us want to achieve in the end. You don't carry a lot untreated baggage inside you, and that prevents a lot of energy loss, which means you have plenty left for living your life any way you want to.
You don't have much to carry
While you may have a few secrets or thoughts you aren't sharing, the mental weight you are lifting is smaller than the average person deals with. As such, many would envy you. While you're not exactly a complete happy-go-lucky kind of person, your soul is light, it can laugh, it can feel happy and it doesn't lose that much energy to endless internal strife. It's a nice place to be, and you should enjoy it!
You carry the normal amount
Fortunately, we detect from your test results that, while you do keep some secrets and have some weight on your soul, it's a healthy amount, or shall we say not an UNhealthy amount. We all have some things that weigh on us, be it words that were not said, bad memories, obsessive thoughts and just plain secrets - these are always there in some capacity. But you should not worry if it doesn't get any worse than now, you'll be fine, and should have enough energy left to live your life. If it becomes worse and you feel like the weight is getting bigger, find someone to talk to who will listen without judgement.
You carry a bit too much
While not quite exhausted yet, you do carry quite a bit of mental weight around with you. Maybe it's a big secret you have, maybe it's a ton of little secrets or just things you want to say but for some reason cannot. Maybe it's a memory that torments you. It doesn't really matter, just know you don't have to go through it alone. Find someone who won't judge you and confess to them, or find a therapist you feel comfortable with. While the weight is not overbearing yet, with time it can be. Take care of yourself!
You Carry a VERY Heavy Weight
Oh my, how do you carry so much around with you? Your heart and mind are exhausted from carrying so many secrets and unsaid words. There is a storm inside of you, and it will cost you a lot of your energy just to keep it from bursting out of you! The best thing to do is to go get some help, whether with a nice therapist or just someone who will listen without judging you. Don't carry such a heavy load all by yourself, as this kind of mental weight can really damage your quality of life.
