Construction can be a difficult job. Everything has to be planned down to the last detail, and every square inch of space optimally utilized. Most of the renowned builders and architects have gotten to where they are by leaving no room for error. However, no room for error also means no room for a heavy pocket, and sometimes the viable choice is to go for more evenly priced contractors, or maybe even try some DIY renovations.
Whichever route you decide to go, for whatever type of work you need to be done, there is sadly always room for human error. Sometimes it’s caused by undetected spatial reasoning issues while other times, it's just sheer laziness.
