Ingredients for Whole Grain Turkey Salad Sandwich:
Turkey meat - 1 1/2 cups (diced and cooked)
Apple - 1/2 cup (diced, with peel on)
Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup (or salad dressing)
Curry powder - 1 1/2 tsp.
Ground ginger - 1/4 tsp.
Pepper - 1/4 tsp.
Celery - 1/2 cup
Green onions - 2 tbsp. (chopped)
Whole grain bread - 8 slices
Method of preparing the Whole Grain Turkey Salad Sandwich:
  1. Mix all ingredients except bread into a medium-sized bowl. Spread the turkey mixture onto 4 slices of bread, then cover with remaining bread slices. You now have a healthy and delicious sandwich ready to go!
