Glazed Canned Carrot Side
Ingredients for canned carrots salad:
Canned sliced carrots - 1 (14 oz) can
Butter - 1/2 stick
Brown sugar - 2 tbsp.
Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Dill - for garnish (optional)
Italian herb mixture - for garnish
Method of preparing the canned carrots salad:
  1. Drain and rinse the carrots. Heat a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the butter, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Let everything bubble and brown.
  2. Add the carrots, stir to coat, fry for 2-3 minutes and serve garnished generously with dill or an herb mix.
