Garlic Parmesan Wings​

A great version of the classic chicken wings, this poultry-dairy combination uses garlic to enhance the natural flavors of the chicken, while giving you that fresh parmesan cheese feeling to add sweetness and acidity to the taste. These wings are perfect for any group gathering as a snack, a side-dish or a starter.

Garlic Parmesan Wings​
Ingredients:
Chicken wings - 2 lbs. (bone in)
Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
Salt - by taste
Ground black pepper - by taste (fresh)
Butter - 1 stick (melterd)
Garlic - 4 cloves (minced)
Parsley - 2 tbsp. (freshly chopped)
Caesar dressing - for dipping
Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp. (finely grated)
Method of Preparation:
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).  Line a large baking sheet with a metal rack.
  2. Toss wings with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer the wings onto the metal rack and bake for about 50 minutes, until golden.
  4. Stir together melted butter, garlic, parsley, parmesan, and red pepper flakes. 
  5. Toss the wings in the mixture until completely coated. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve with Caesar dressing for dipping.
