11 Friendly Tips Around the House

Sometimes, a seemingly minor issue can become quite annoying and bothersome. I’m sure I’m not the only person on earth who can’t stand the dust on the bottom of a box of cereal, or when crumbs get stuck between the keys on a keyboard, or being unable to find the end of a roll of tape. On an especially long and arduous day, such minor nuisances can be extremely draining, both emotionally and time-wise. Determined to bring an end to these three and a few other daily troubles, I found these lifehacks. And I must say that these 11 tips are complete life savers, ready to make your day easier and less maddening, one little bit at a time!

1. When serving a snack to children or adults, place the snacks in muffin tins. They make the perfect reusable platters!

2. Have you written down some sensitive information that you now want to cross out? Instead of straight lines, write random words or letters over the original text to render the note truly impossible to read.

3. When you're packing for a trip, place a bar of scented soap in the bag alongside your clothing. This trick will give your clothes and luggage a pleasant and fresh smell, even if some of the clothing in it happens to be dirty.

4. Sealed up an envelope prematurely? Place the envelope in the freezer for 1-2 hours. This trick will loosen the glue, and you can open the envelope effortlessly. You'll also be able to seal it again later without stains or tears.
