These ghost meringues are so easy to make, you'll find them almost unbelievable. You probably already have the ingredients at home as well. But if you don't tell, we promise your guess will think of you as a true gourmet chef, as they just seem so decadent!
Preheat the oven to 225°F. Whip the egg whites to a frothy consistency, using an electric mixer. Add sugar, followed by the cream of tartar, and mix. Whip this mixture in the same way, until it gets stiff.
Place the meringue mixture into an icing bag. Lay a sheet of foil, sprayed over by non-stick spray. Squeeze the meringue mixture onto the foil, and by moving your arms slightly up and down, create layered stacks for your ghosts' bodies. Bake your ghost meringues for about 45 minutes, until they harden.
Use the black gel frosting to give your ghosts a face.
