Gluten Free Chipotle Chocolate Cake
Ingredients for Flourless Chocolate Cake:
Dark chocolate - 10 oz.
Unsalted butter - 7 tbsp. (cut into cubes)
Eggs - 5 (room temperature)
Sugar - 1 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp.
Ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
Cayenne pepper - a pinch
Salt - a pinch
Powdered sugar - for dusting
Method of preparing the Flourless Chocolate Cake:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/ 175°C. Line and grease a 9.5-inch springform pan with parchment.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate together. Stir periodically during the melting process.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together. Gradually add in the melted chocolate, salt, spices, and vanilla extract.
  4. Bake in the oven for 22-25 minutes. Check the progress by dipping a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
  5. Let cool and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
