Graffiti are illegal for good reason, they causec damage to public structures and most of the time are used for gang symbols or anti-society rants. However, there is another type of Graffiti, the kind that enhances the beauty of a place or makes up for ugly or old structures. This type of graffiti is nothing less than an art form, sometimes 30 feet big, sometimes as small as your pinky toe, but always adding something, beautifying our environment with an expression of imagination, skill and a happily optimistic artistic sense, that puts a smile on those who look at it. This is the type of street art I love to see. |
