Green Oat Smoothie

Here we have an incredibly healthy smoothie that combines oats, coconut milk, spinach, parsley, green apple, honey, and lemon. This powerful drink is the best way to keep yourself supercharged all day. One glass of this smoothie at the start of our day will ensure that you get your daily dose of greens in one go.

Green Oat Smoothie
Ingredients for Green Oat Smoothie:
Oats - 1/4 cup
Coconut milk - 3/4 cup
Baby spinach - 1 tightly packed cup
Parsley leaves - 1/4 cup
Green apple - 1/2 cup (cored and chopped)
Honey - 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Ice - 1/2 cup
Method of preparing the Green Oat Smoothie:
  1. Add all ingredients in a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve cold.
Chef's Tip:
For a smoother consistency, microwave the oats with 1/4 cup of water for 1 minute. Then cool and add to the blender.
