Broiled Bailey's Hot Chocolate

For the perfect evening drink, add a touch of Bailey's to your hot cocoa, complete with some baked, melted marshmallows to make it even more tempting. This is also the perfect drink to serve during a holiday party or New Year's Eve gathering. When the weather gets cold and the sun seats early, there won't be a better drink to lift your spirits.

Ingredients for Broiled Bailey's Hot Chocolate:
Milk - 3 cups
Half and Half - 1/3 cup (half whole milk, half heavy cream)
Chocolate chips - 1 cup
Marshmallow - 1-2
Method of preparing the Broiled Bailey's Hot Chocolate:
  1. In a small saucepan, add milk and Half-and-Half. Place on medium heat to warm up.
  2. Add chocolate chips to the saucepan and let them melt into the mixture, whisking frequently. Once the mixture is well combined, stir in the Bailey's.

  4. Once the marshmallows have toasted nicely, remove the mugs from the oven and enjoy!
