Ingredients for Pizza Pops:
Pizza crust - 1 roll
Cherry tomatoes - a handful (thinly sliced)
Black olives - a handful (thinly sliced)
Basil leaves - a handful (torn into bite-sized pieces)
Mozzarella - 1 cup (shredded)
Method of preparing the Pizza Pops:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut out 2 1/2 inch circles using a cookie cutter.
  2. Insert a stick about halfway through each dough circle and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Add any desired topping, such as tomato paste, tomato slices, mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, ricotta cheese, and fresh basil. You can use any topping of your choice. We used cheese, tomatoes, and basil.
  4. Bake for 9-11 minutes, until crust toppings start to brown.
Chef's Tip:
If you don't have a round cookie-cutter, using a glass is just as fine.
