We spend up to a third of our life sleeping. That means we are staying in the same spot for a third of our lives. When we have a favorite sleeping position, which most of us do, that means we spend a third of our life locked in that position, with very little movement.
So, if you pick a position to be in a third of your life, you better know what the health advantages and more importantly, the disadvantages of it is, because a good night sleep in a position that agrees with your body can do miracles. While taking the wrong position for you might mean you end up with daily stiffness, pain or worse.
