It's a funny thing becoming an adult, and I do mean funny as in strange. Life becomes a series of challenges to overcome, even those we willed for in the first place. But at the same time, we dedicate less of our time to living in the present, living the life that was given to us. Experiencing simple joy for the sake of joy alone is one of the best ways to honor the gift of life, and cherish the moments we have. So look to the children, the joyous moments with silly friends. And don't forget to have some fun when you can! |
