As you probably know, a terrible earthquake, 7.8 on the Richter scale, hit Kathmandu in Nepal last Saturday, the 25th of April. The quake caused massive devastation and a terrible loss of life. Over 4 thousand people have been confirmed to have died and more than 7 thousand injured. Kathmandu itself is the home of 7 world heritage sites.
